- The 519 -- A community centre that responds to community issues and needs by supplying the resources and opportunities to foster self-determination.
- Chrysalis -- A Peterborough area transgender group striving to meet the needs of transgender people, their families and friends. We offer friendship, security, and support. (Warning: site contains pop-up ads)
- Gender Metaphor -- Ottawa-based transgender support group. We support anyone who is transgendered. Our strength is to married couples.
- GenderMosaic -- Ottawa-based society.
- Ontario Female To Male Network -- a non-profit, peer-run, provincial network, which provides peer support, resources, gatherings, as well as community outreach/education.
- TransCare Clinic -- A Niagara region clinic to offer confidential & discreet treatment to transgendered clients and their families and to promote Education and Research into this globally under funded clinical specialty.
- Transgendered of Niagara -- A group to educate the general public on Trans related issues and to provide support and social opportunities for Trans identified people and their families and friends to meet and interact in the Niagara Region.
- TS Ottawa -- A group designed to bring together transsexuals, intersexuals and transgender people who are in various stages of transition. To provide a safe forum for those in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec to meet others and share transgender their fears, triumphs, questions and concerns.
- Sherbourne Health Centre -- comprehensive health care for lesbian, gay bisexual, transsexual and transgender people in Toronto.
- TG Station -- an internet directory of support groups and resources in North America for the transgendered person and their significant others.
- Transsexual Menace -- a Toronto group that refuses to hide its head in the sand.
- Xpressions -- Toronto's transgender support club. It's a not-for-profit support and social group designed to enhance the lives of the transgendered community and their families.
